Orders for in-stock items received before 2 PM on weekdays (except Tuesdays) are typically shipped the same day.

Smaller items are sent via NZ Post Courier.

• Delivery times are usually next day for the North Island and 1–2 days for the South Island.
• Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer.

Larger products, such as telescopes and mounts, are shipped using our freighter service, StraitNZ Freight Forwarding, due to their size.

• Standard shipping includes pickup at a StraitNZ depot or delivery to a business address in a major city.
• A map showing StraitNZ depot locations is provided below.
• Deliveries to smaller towns and residential addresses may incur additional shipping fees. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange delivery to a residential address. Note that shipping to rural addresses is not available.
